The Ranger TO&E (Table of Organization and Equipment) is very different than an ordinary infantry unit. A Ranger battalion is considerably smaller than an infantry regiment at around 600 men. Composed of 6 Ranger Companies and 1 HQ Company, the Ranger organization was developed to be lean and versatile. Check out the video below.
